May this light shine as you did, Kara, in the world. Without you, my book, “Notes For Carers”, would not have been published, you kept me going through the extremely difficult writing and editing stages, with your enormous enthusiasm, not only writing several chapters, but also the Introduction, for which I am immensely grateful. Two of your paintings hang on our wall. You gave so much love, you reached out and you helped countless people, your music got to the top of the charts, you have inspired the whole world. You were a very special friend, much missed xxxx
